our right to refuse service
We reserve the right to refuse service to clients for any of the following reasons:
-Client is late/no-shows appointments on a regular basis.
-One or more of our staff members is uncomfortable providing services to the client.
-Client is consistently dissatisfied with the quality of our services, and has tried multiple estheticians.
-Client does not demonstrate courteous and polite behavior, and does not treat our staff with common decency/respect.
We are here to provide clients with the best possible service, and will do everything in our power to make this right when someone is dissatisfied. However any verbal/emotional harassment, abuse, or unnecessarily unpleasant behavior towards our staff will not be tolerated. We support and foster a pleasant and supportive work environment for our staff, and have the right to refuse service to those who violate our client standards by engaging in any of the above. Thank you for your understanding.
